The SharePoint Value Proposition
With increasing legislative compliance and the 2006 Rules of Federal Evidence, the sheer volume of electronic documents and email created within Microsoft OFFICE has steamrolled any idea of safely filing inside the Windows Directory.
Through database indexing, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft OFFICE SharePoint Server can file common electronic documents, but today's user wants more. PSIGEN empowers SharePoint by on-boarding records, to automatically create necessary indexing, expanding capabilities to increase user adoption, while fully leveraging the current investment in enterprise software license agreements.
The Frix Technology Group is a locally-owned system integrator of content management solutions. Peter Frix, Principle of the group, has automated business processes with electronic records for 25 years. He has a Bachelor of Science-Management from University of Portland, Certificate as a Document Imaging Architech (CDIA), and Certificate in Electronic Information Records Management (CEIRM) from University of Washington.
In 1999, ImajNet was launched to deliver total solutions by co-locating Project Management for installation of integrated document management systems with the scanning and digital conversion of paper documents and associated metadata. In 2006, Frix Technology Group acquired FreeDoc to increase its ability to provide ADOBE oriented solutions. This was followed by the acquisition of Western Micro Services, re-named 'WesternMICROFILM', in 2007. The firm now provides complete end-to-end solutions,to manage documents electronically in compliance with legislated archival rules. All key data entry service is performed by staff who live, and operate under the laws of Washington State.
